STUDENT CENTER BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS
The Student Center building is provided to support student activities in developing their talents, interests, and creativity. The use of this building is regulated by guidelines that emphasize cleanliness, orderliness, and proper social etiquette. Students are required to maintain the facilities, abide by the rules, and uphold the code of conduct. Violations of these regulations will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the applicable provisions.

CHAPTER II
GUIDELINES FOR THE USE OF THE STUDENT CENTER
ARTICLE 1
Use of the Student Center Building
1. Maintain the cleanliness, order, and security of the premises.
2. Use the building's facilities for talent and interest-based activities without generating noise that disrupts the security, comfort, and smooth operation of academic lectures.
3. Do not alter or modify the building structure without permission from the relevant authorities.
4. It is prohibited to attach stickers to or place coverings over the windows and glass doors of the secretariat rooms.
5. The operational hours of the Student Center on regular working days are from 08:00 to 21:00 WIB, and on weekends (Saturday – Sunday) from 08:00 to 15:00 WIB; usage during these times requires submitting a permit request to the Director of Student Affairs.
6. Do not use the facility for residential or overnight lodging purposes.
7. Do not use the facility for extra-campus (external or non-university affiliated) activities.
8. Park vehicles in the designated parking areas provided by the university.
9. Smoking and similar activities are strictly prohibited within the Student Center premises.
10. Commercial (buying and selling) activities, cooking, bringing pets, and any other activities outside the normal scope of Student Activity Unit (UKM) functions are prohibited.
11. Staff/officers are strictly prohibited from collecting any fees from students using the Student Center.
ARTICLE 2
Ethics and Code of Conduct during Practice Sessions
1. Uphold the Universitas Airlangga Student Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct.
2. Create a conducive, safe, and orderly environment during practice/training activities.
3. Maintain ethical and moral standards in social interactions by abstaining from behaviors that lead to inappropriate social conduct or promiscuity.
4. Avoid any actions that may lead to immoral acts, as stipulated in the Student Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct.
5. Prohibit the entry of guests who have no relevant business with the student activities or organizations.
CHAPTER III
UTILIZATION OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES
ARTICLE 1
Use of Equipment
The equipment and facilities of the Student Center may only be used for the activities of Student Activity Units (UKM), Student Organizations (ORMAWA), Communication Forums, and other student activities permitted by the Directorate of Student Affairs.
ARTICLE 2
Facility Maintenance
1. Equipment maintenance is the responsibility of the management of each Student Activity Unit.
2. To ensure proper maintenance, all equipment must be recorded in the inventory book of each respective UKM.
CHAPTER IV
SUPERVISION, VIOLATIONS, AND SANCTIONS
ARTICLE 1
Supervision
1. The use of the Student Center building along with its inventory equipment is supervised by the Director of Student Affairs, the Head of the Sub-Directorate for Programs, the Head of the Co-curricular Section, and the Student Center Building Coordinator, with the following functions:
a. Overseeing the use of the Student Center Building.
b. Supervising the execution of activities within the Student Center Building.
c. Inspecting the inventory equipment and its usage.
d. Enforcing the established regulations regarding the implementation of activities in the Student Center Building.
2. The Student Center building is equipped with CCTV facilities to assist with surveillance, and the recorded footage may be used as evidence whenever necessary.
ARTICLE 2
Violations
Anyone found and proven to have committed a violation regarding the use of this Student Center building will be subject to sanctions
ARTICLE 3
Sanctions
1. Sanctions shall be imposed following a process that establishes a violation has occurred.
2. Sanctions are administered in accordance with the severity of the committed violation, as stipulated in the Student Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct, as well as in these guidelines.
These guidelines have been established to create a comfortable and conducive environment within the Universitas Airlangga Student Center.
