ACHIEVEMENT CREDIT SYSTEM (SKP) INFORMATION

  1. The Achievement Credit System (SKP) serves as a form of recognition for student achievements in soft skill development, where the workload of student activities is expressed in SKP points.
  2. The SKP as referred to in paragraph (1) may be recognized or converted into SKS, as stipulated in a separate Rector's Regulation.
  1. Undergraduate (S1) and Applied Bachelor (D4) students must obtain a minimum of 140 SKP;
  2. The student SKP requirement for participating in extracurricular activities is that D3 students must obtain a minimum of 100 SKP;
  3. The SKP requirement for transfer or continuation students (from outside UNAIR) stipulates that students who have earned 80 or fewer academic credits (SKS) are required to obtain 140 SKP, while students with more than 80 SKS are required to obtain 100 SKP.

The predicate criteria for Undergraduate (S1) and Applied Bachelor (D4) students are as follows:

  1. EXCELLENT, if the student accumulates more than 400 SKP;
  2. GOOD, if the student accumulates between 251 – 400 SKP;
  3. SATISFACTORY, if the student accumulates between 140 – 250 SKP.

The predicate criteria for Diploma 3 (D3) students are as follows:

  1. EXCELLENT, if the student accumulates more than 300 SKP;
  2. GOOD, if the student accumulates between 201 – 300 SKP;
  3. SATISFACTORY, if the student accumulates between 100 – 200 SKP.
  1. SKP points must be uploaded to the UNAIR Cybercampus system or an equivalent platform during the semester in which the points are earned, or no later than 3 (three) months after the TKP points are obtained;
  2. If the SKP points are not uploaded during the relevant semester or no later than 3 (three) months after the TKP points are obtained, the SKP will expire and cannot be recognized for the Student Activity Transcript (TKM).
  1. The provisions in this Rector's Regulation apply to students of the 2023/2024 cohort and onwards;
  2. Students from cohorts prior to 2023/2024 shall adhere to the previous provisions, except for the requirement regarding the mandatory upload of SKP points during the semester they are earned, or no later than 3 (three) months after the TKP points are obtained, which is applicable for the Odd Semester of 2023/2024 and onwards.
