Student Center Building

 The Student Center Building is provided to support student activities in developing talent, interests, and creativity. The use of this facility is governed by guidelines that emphasize cleanliness, order, and social ethics. Students are required to maintain the facilities, comply with all regulations, and uphold the code of conduct. Any violations of these rules will be subject to sanctions in accordance with applicable provisions.

Terms of Use and Rules of Conduct

Article 1 - Usage of the Student Center Building

  1. Maintain the cleanliness, order, and security of the environment.
  2. Utilize the facilities in accordance with talent and interest development activities without compromising the comfort of others.
  3. Do not alter or modify the building structure without official permission.
  4. It is strictly forbidden to apply stickers or obstruct windows and glass doors with any materials.
  5. Operational Hours
    • Mon–Fri: 08:00 – 21:00 (WIB)
    • Saturday–Sunday: 08:00 AM – 03:00 PM WIB, subject to written authorization.
  6. The building shall not be utilized for overnight stays or activities unrelated to the campus community.
  7. All vehicles must be parked within the designated parking zones provided by the university.
  8. It is strictly forbidden to smoke, conduct commercial trade, cook, or bring pets within the premises. Any other unconventional or inappropriate activities are also prohibited.
  9. Staff are prohibited from collecting any fees from building users.

Article 2 – Ethics and Code of Conduct during Practice

  1. All students are required to strictly uphold the University's Student Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct during all activities within the premises.
  2. All users are responsible for ensuring a conducive, secure, and disciplined atmosphere during the entirety of their activities.
  3. All students must refrain from promiscuous behavior and any forms of immoral or indecent conduct within the premises.
  4. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and students only; unauthorized guests or individuals without legitimate business are prohibited from entry.

Article 3 – Utilization of Equipment and Facilities

  1. All building facilities are exclusively provided for Student Activity Units (UKM), Student Organizations (ORMAWA), and any communication forums authorized by the Directorate of Student Affairs.
  2. UKM executives shall be held accountable for the maintenance and the systematic logging of all inventory equipment under their supervision.

Article 4 – Supervision, Violations, and Sanctions

  1. Oversight and monitoring are carried out by the Directorate of Student Affairs, supplemented by 24-hour CCTV surveillance to ensure compliance.
  2. Any violation will result in disciplinary sanctions, subject to a formal verification process conducted in compliance with the university's Student Code of Ethics.

These regulations are hereby enacted to ensure the maintenance of a comfortable and conducive atmosphere at the Universitas Airlangga Student Center.
