ACHIEVEMENT CREDIT POINT INFORMATION

  1. Achievement credit points serves as a formal recognition of students' development achievements.
  2. Achievement credit points as referred to in paragraph (1) may be recognized or converted into semester credit point, as regulated in a separate Rector's Regulation.
  1. Undergraduate (S1) and Applied Bachelor (D4) students must obtain a minimum score of 140 Achievement Credits;
  2. The Achievement Credit load for student participation in extracurricular activities requires Diploma (D3) students to obtain a minimum of 100 points;
  3. The Achievement Credit (SKP) load for transfer or bridging students (from outside UNAIR) is determined as follows: students with 80 semester credits are required to obtain 100 achievement credits.

The Achievement Criteria predicates for Undergraduate (S1) and Applied Bachelor (D4) students are as follows:

  1. EXCELLENT, if students accumulate more than 400 points;
  2. GOOD, if students accumulate 251 – 400 points;
  3. FAIR, if students accumulate 140 – 250 points.

The achievement criteria predicates for Diploma (D3) students are as follows:

  1. EXCELLENT, if students accumulate more than 300 points;
  2. GOOD, if students accumulate 201 – 300 points;
  3. FAIR, if students accumulate 100 – 200 points.
  1. Achievement credit points must be uploaded to the UNAIR Cybercampus system or other designated platforms during the semester in which they are earned, or no later than 3 (three) months after the achievement is obtained.
  2. If achievement credit points are not uploaded within the relevant semester or at the latest 3 (three) months after the achievement is obtained, the points will expire and cannot be recognized for the Student Activity Transcript.
  1. The provisions in this Rector's Regulation apply to students from the 2023/2024 academic year and thereafter.
  2. Students from academic years prior to 2023/2024 are subject to the previous regulations, with the exception of the mandatory requirement to upload achievement points within the semester they are earned, or no later than 3 (three) months after the achievement is obtained, effective from the Odd Semester of 2023/2024 onwards.
